About me
Alisa Admiral has practiced bankruptcy law in California for more than 15 years and is passionate about helping people struggling with debt use bankruptcy to regain financial stability and create a brighter future. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science and magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. Before opening her own practice, Alisa worked for one of the nation's largest consumer bankruptcy firms and as a staff attorney for Chapter 13 Trustee Kathy A. Dockery, giving her valuable insight into bankruptcy cases from multiple perspectives. She is an active member of NACBA and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association (CDCBAA), where she helped develop the organization's mentoring program. Committed to serving her community, Alisa regularly takes pro bono cases and volunteers twice a month at Public Counsel's legal clinic. She also enjoys sharing information about the benefits of bankruptcy on TikTok. In her free time, Alisa enjoys the outdoors and going on adventures with her 9-year-old son. While in Maui, they are looking forward to snorkeling, zip lining, and cliff jumping together.
