Ashley F. Morgan is the founder of Ashley F. Morgan Law, PC, a consumer bankruptcy and tax resolution firm serving the Washington, DC metro area from offices in Chantilly and Manassas, Virginia. She represents individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7 and 13 matters throughout the Eastern District of Virginia.Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ashley is committed to making bankruptcy and debt relief accessible to the communities her firm serves. Ashley is active in numerous legal organizations. She is currently the president of the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar's Bankruptcy Law Section and on the Virginia Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section Council. She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, as well as a frequent speaker on finance, consumer debt, taxes, and bankruptcy.
