Ken Weil practices bankruptcy and tax law. He has a B.A. from Tulane, 1974; an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, 1982; a J.D. from the University of Alabama, 1980; and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, 1983. In 1997, he was a member of the Tax Advisory Committee to the National Bankruptcy Review Commission. He is a founding member and past chair of the ABA Tax Section Committee on Collections, Bankruptcy, and Workouts.
